President
Abigail Dean serves as the President of Giving Hope Finding Hope Organization and an attorney by profession. Her work is rooted in a passion for education, mentorship, and service to her community. With experience working with both youth and adults, Abigail is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals to build independent and stable lives. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys time with family, meaningful experiences, and traveling.
TAjhinea Jones
Vice President
Tajhinea Jones serves as Vice President of Giving Hope Finding Hope. She has a professional background in ministry leadership and youth development. She is passionate about helping young people gain the tools and confidence needed to navigate life successfully.
Sherise Gregory
Treasurer
Sherise Gregory is a nonprofit executive and Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in organizational strategy, fiscal administration, and community-based service delivery. Holding a Master’s in Public Administration, she specializes in managing complex funding environments and leading multidisciplinary teams to expand resources for underserved populations. As a Certified Life Coach, Sherise integrates trauma-responsive principles into her leadership to strengthen organizational culture and empower the communities she serves.
Suzette Dean
Secretary
Suzette Dean is an educational leader, principal, and co-founder of a private school called Bible Truth Ministries Academy. For 26 years, the school has been changing the trajectory of students’ lives, one child at a time, in the East Tampa area. Over the years, I have served on several non-profit boards that support both youth and the elderly in the community. Each child who enters our institution is embraced, knowing that this is “The Beginning of a New Day.” I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our youth through this nonprofit board and to be part of work that truly impacts lives.
